Acceptable Use & AI Content Policy.

Adova is an AI software product that generates video advertisements using licensed AI actors and synthetic media. It is a self-serve tool; you are responsible for your inputs and for how you use the videos you generate.

All videos produced by Adova are synthetically generated using AI and licensed AI actor likenesses. The people shown are AI-generated or licensed performers, not real endorsements. You are responsible for complying with all advertising and disclosure laws, including any requirement to disclose AI-generated or synthetic media. Adova does not provide legal advice.

You may use Adova to create video ads for lawful products and services that you own or are authorised to promote, in compliance with this policy and applicable law.

You may not use Adova to create, upload, request, or distribute:

• Impersonation or deepfakes of real people. No depicting, cloning, or imitating the face, voice, or likeness of any real person without their explicit written consent. No face-swapping of real people.
• Sexual, adult, or NSFW content of any kind.
• Illegal, regulated, or age-restricted products: drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, pharmaceuticals, weapons, ammunition, gambling, or anything unlawful in the markets you target.
• Hateful, harassing, defamatory, or violent content, or content that incites harm.
• Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading claims (e.g. "miracle cures," "guaranteed returns," get-rich-quick, or unverifiable health/financial/income claims).
• Intellectual property infringement: brands, logos, trademarks, music, or footage you do not own or have a licence to use.
• Misinformation intended to deceive about news, elections, public health, or matters of public importance.
• Spam, scraping, or mass unsolicited outreach.
• Any content that violates the rules of the advertising platforms you publish on (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).

You represent that you own or are authorised to advertise your product, that your use complies with this policy and the law, and that you will disclose AI-generated media where required. You are solely responsible for how you use the videos Adova generates, and you agree to indemnify Adova against claims arising from misuse.

Adova applies automated and manual content moderation. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, refuse a request, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity where we determine a violation has occurred or as required by our payment and compliance partners.
