Terms of Service.
The rules of the road for using Adova. We've kept the language plain — but if anything is unclear, write to legal@adova.ai and a real person will explain.
Effective

1. The agreement
By creating an Adova account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you're using Adova on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@adova.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The service
Adova generates video ads, scripts, on-screen text, and related creative output using AI models. Output is non-deterministic; we don't guarantee any specific creative result or business outcome. We may update, improve, or change the service at any time.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Credits are consumed when you generate. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period unless your plan says otherwise. We do not refund partial periods, but we'll work with you on any billing dispute in good faith.
5. Ownership of your ads
On any paid plan, you own the ads you generate and may use them commercially in perpetuity, worldwide, without royalty. We retain ownership of the Adova platform itself — the models, the tooling, and our underlying creator library.
6. What you submit
You're responsible for the product links, brand assets, and prompts you submit. You confirm you have the right to use them, and that they don't infringe on anyone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate the law or our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Adova to create deceptive, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or platform-violating content. Don't impersonate real people without consent. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for details — violating it is grounds for immediate suspension.
8. AI output
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your use case. Review every ad before publishing. We disclaim warranties of fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of $100 or what you paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits — in that case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
10. Termination
You can cancel anytime from Billing. We can suspend or terminate your account for breach, fraud, or non-payment. On termination, you can export your generations for 30 days.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
