Privacy Policy.
The short version: we collect only what we need to run Adova, we don't sell your data, and you can export or delete it any time. The long version is below.

1. What we collect
When you create an Adova account we collect basic identity information (name, email), authentication data, and the prompts, product links, scripts, and ads you generate. We also collect standard product telemetry — pages visited, features used, errors encountered — so we can improve the product.
2. How we use it
We use your data to operate the service, generate the ads you ask for, support your account, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve Adova. We do not sell personal data. We do not use the content of your generations to train third-party models without your consent.
3. Who we share it with
We share data with the infrastructure providers we use to run Adova — cloud hosting, database, authentication, AI model providers, payment processing, and analytics. Each is bound by contract to handle data securely and only on our instructions. A current list is available on request.
4. Where it lives
Adova is operated from the United States and the European Union. Data may be processed in either region depending on the service. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular audits) to protect it.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@adova.ai. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA. We honor all valid requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and a small number of third-party cookies for analytics and product telemetry. You can manage or block cookies through your browser's privacy settings.
7. Children
Adova is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@adova.ai and we will delete it.
8. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we'll notify active users by email and post the new version here at least 14 days before it takes effect.
